ITAS: An integrated Tour Operations Information Management System.
ITAS: an acronym for;
Integrated Tours and Accounting System; provides a centralized information source for your
tours department. Safari Costing has been simplified Incredibly, using a spreadsheet like
interface your tours consultant will list down the itinerary, an option is provide for
typing in additional details for each services listed. Valuation of the services (accomodation, transfers, flights, excursions etc)
is computed based on the contract rates recorded in the master records. Various reports are easily generated
from the system based on the itinerary without the need to re-enter information. ITAS: improves the productivity of
your staff by improving their responce time, complex costing that takes days can be completed in a few minutes,
and more important, more accurately.

COSTING A SAFARI :- ITAS; Requires the
user to provide an Itinerary to an intelligent costing interface which in return computes
the necessary services required for the itinerary including: accommodation, transfers,
game drives and park ticket requirements. The system provides an accurate assessment of the safari
costs based on per person sharing, single, or triple and other desired room configurations as specified.
The booking/quotation can be saved and easily retrieved for amendments.
Various reports can then be generated without any additional entries, they include :

MSAFIRI FLIGHTS: Msafiri-Flights Reservation System (MFRS)
An airline reservation system designed for the regional scheduled and charter flights.
The systems allows you to define the routes, sectors and flights with the schedules. Various limits are set in master
records in accordance to booking demands and season. Using the limits the system allows
booking for flights while maintaining the set route, sector and flight limits. This ensures that no over
booking is experienced.
Appropriate messages are issued to advice reservation staff on booking and limit status. Various reports can be generated
from the system. The systems allows your staff to operate at optimum capacity and more productively since
it takes a very short time to complete a booking. A shorter responce time on flight queries and seat availability

A Hotel and Lodges Reservation system. You can define total number of rooms available in your property. Set the necessary reservation limits, Identify your existing tour operator and agents
define their credit limits, list down rates for each agent and walk-in clients and let the system
provide you with accurate room availability, check in and check out reports. Overbooking is controlled to allow block booking and release of rooms by agents.

Software used for tracking cargo for clearing and forwarding agents in ports of entry and
exit.
Each stage of processing cargo clearance in the port is captured by the system providing a
means of maintaining digital records of the processes and also an easier and faster way of
tracking the various stages of cargo clearance of transit goods from the collection of
Bill of Lading (BOL) document to the printing of gate pass for the vehicle that will carry
the cargo ready to leave the port of entry. Various staff can receive inquiries from consignee
and advice on the current location of a cargo or the stage of processing of the cargo clearance at the port of entry.
